SHANGHAI’S BEST SNACKS PART 1

The best snacks to try in Shanghai!

You may know Shanghai in China as the home of xiao long bao, king of all dumplings, but the city definitely has a lot more to offer if you know where to look. Join us for Part 1 of our Shanghai Snacks series as we spend the entire day zipping through the city to try some of the best snacks in town. We started the day early with some crispy fried dough and sweet soy bean milk before hitting up the best xiao long bao joints in the city for lunch. Afterwards, we stopped to try the infamous stinky tofu and the subtly sweet osmanthus rice cake. Last but not least, we finished the night off with a big platter of Shanghai Fried Noodles, a staple of any night out. It’s all here in our latest episode of Hawker Style, our original videos series exploring street food from across the globe.
